⚠️ Explorer Timberline Trim Notice: While this lift kit is physically compatible with the off-road-oriented Explorer Timberline trim level, please note that Timberline models come factory-equipped with specialized heavy-duty shocks and taller OEM springs providing an additional +0.8 inches (approx. 19 mm) of factory ground clearance. Installing standard-height lift spacers on a Timberline will result in an aggressively higher total ride height and requires careful inspection of front CV axle operating angles.

• Front Axle Installation: To accommodate the lift spacers, the original factory bolts in the front struts must be replaced with the high-tensile extended bolts included in the kit. These bolts thread directly into the strut mount to ensure a secure and rigid connection.
• Note on Rear Spacer Design: To achieve the stated +30mm of actual lift, the physical thickness of the rear spacers is calculated to include the height of the original factory spring pads. By integrating these measurements, we ensure a precise fit and the exact lift height promised, regardless of the thickness of your old, worn-out factory isolators.
• Installation Note (Rear Axle): Important: The factory rubber spring isolators (gaskets) must be removed before installing the new spacers. Our spacers are designed to replace the factory isolators entirely, not to be installed on top of them.
• Lift Height Disclaimer: Please note that the final achieved lift height may vary depending on the individual condition and service life of your vehicle's suspension. Factors such as factory spring fatigue, engine and powertrain weight configurations (lighter 2.3L I4 RWD vs. substantially heavier 3.0L Twin-Turbo V6 4WD and Hybrid/PHEV battery setups), factory Class III/IV towing packages, twin-panel moonroof options, and heavy third-row seating configurations can influence the final suspension height.
